That response didn't help either and offered mostly just more copy/paste info from their FAQ. I once more waited a couple days more for a response. I sent another message back, again explaining that they didn't answer my problems. Frustratingly, the reply I received was nothing more than a generic copy/paste set of suggestions from their FAQ from which they blatantly ignored the problems that I had explained. When I finally was able to send my message through, I ended up waiting several days for any response. To my surprise, their messaging system was broken at the time, so for that day and the following day I couldn't contact them. Since there are no phone numbers for customer support (and according to them, they don't see any value in that kind of system), I attempted to send their customer support a message detailing my issues. After logging in I noticed that almost all of the information on my account was wrong and that I couldn't enter any game keys for some reason (the options were greyed out). ![]() So last holiday season I went and bought a GW2 digital key and tried to connect that to my account. I thought the original was very enjoyable, different, and they had a lot of potential to offer more with this sequel. I really wanted to get into Guild Wars 2.
